Lisa drove significant value and was viewed as a trusted resource within my team, by IT counterparts, and by the other functions she worked with. She manages the big picture for the executive level yet is very willing to roll up her sleeves and dive into the details. It was a real pleasure to have her on the team!

I don't say this lightly: Lisa is the real deal. When e.l.f. Beauty launched a greenfield SAP implementation—one of the most ambitious programs in our company's history—we needed an OCM lead who could move at e.l.f. speed, earn trust quickly, and keep our people at the center of every decision. Lisa and her team did all of that and more.
Where Lisa and her team truly went above and beyond was user enablement - it was about ensuring every user was genuinely confident and equipped for the future. She built role-based learning paths that reflected how our teams actually work, engaged resistance with empathy, and remained deeply involved through hypercare—coaching in real time, reinforcing new behaviors, and helping ensure strong adoption when it mattered most.
The full-court press Lisa and her team put in during those critical go-live weeks was exceptional, and the fact that our implementation was virtually seamless is a direct reflection of their work.
Technology doesn't drive transformation—people do. Lisa knows that truth in her bones, and if you have a complex transformation ahead of you, she is exactly who you want in your corner.
